Careers is the name we use for everything we do to prepare our students for success after their time at Ridgeway High School.
In October 2019, Ridgeway was awarded the prestigious Quality In Careers Standard. We received reaccreditation in 2023 (see the link below).
Our careers programme has twice been runner-up in the Careers and Enterprise category of the Educate Awards in recent years.
