Top marks for initiative to two star bakers, Mesha and David. Without any prompting, the year 7 students took it upon themselves to do some Halloween-themed baking to raise money for our school charity. The cakes were absolutely delicious and, unsurprisingly, quickly sold out when they went on sale during lunchtime.
I’m so impressed with my year 7 form organising their own bake sale to raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities this week. After only eight weeks at Ridgeway they are already modelling fantastic attributes in leadership, aspiration and nurture.
