A group of year 8 and year 9 students took part in a She Inspires football festival at Liverpool County FA in October.
In addition to playing plenty of football, the students were also involved in a variety of activities focused on resilience, teamwork and, in particular, aspiration.
The She Inspires programme was launched in 2022. It aims to inspire young girls into further education, apprenticeships and employment. It is designed to build their confidence and help them realise their potential both on and off the pitch.
