Lennon Noble, Hive Ambassador and Volunteer

Well done to year 11’s Lennon Noble, who has featured in publicity issued by The Hive — Wirral Youth Zone, announcing that they have been awarded a share of £150,000 to help the Liverpool City Region reduce, re-use and recycle more.

Lennon has been attending The Hive for the past 18 months. He has recently become involved in their Young Leaders programme, which provides participants with basic safeguarding training and opportunities to gain first-hand experience of working in the youth work sector.

During lockdown Lennon gave up his spare time to assist The Hive in the development and delivery of some of their virtual sessions. This included a filmed cookery session!

Lennon is one of a team of Hive Ambassadors. They are currently planning a campaign alongside the Martin Gallier Project, which is involved in suicide prevention work in the local community, particular around awareness raising. The aim will be to write positive messages and display them in high-profile areas — all done in a biodegradable way, of course!

Lennon is a great advocate on behalf of The Hive and would encourage anybody to have a chat with him about the many things The Hive can offer young people.
