Food Hygiene Top Rating

Well done to head cook Penny Gallagher and the team for securing the top overall rating of ‘5’ during their recent food hygiene inspection by Wirral Borough Council, working in partnership with the Food Standards Agency.

Food establishments are rated on a scale from 0 to 5, with 5 being the highest score.

• Hygiene and safety were rated 5
• The physical structure (including cleanliness etc.) was rated 5
• Confidence in management and control procedures was rated 5
