Students in year 7 spent February’s Charter Day in Liverpool, visiting the World Museum and the Museum of Liverpool. They were there to explore aspects of our natural and historical world.
At the World Museum the students looked around exhibitions which focused on space, world culture and Egypt.
The Liverpool Museum looked at the history and culture of the city.
The students were able to spend time completing a scavenger hunt quiz at each of the museums.
One student described the day as “fun and exciting”. Another student said that it was “great to find out more about the history of Liverpool”.
