The PE department held a special assembly in the penultimate week of term to celebrate and congratulate all the students who have played for the school at football and/or netball in 2025–26.
Well done, in particular, to the students who received special awards given out by members of staff (see the full list below).
Mr Sterry wrote in the newsletter:
“It fills me with pride whenever I see or hear about the passion and determination our students display whenever they go out to play wearing their Ridgeway kit.
“This assembly was a chance for the PE department to say a collective thank you to the students for the fantastic way they have represented the school.”
