Ridgeway High School has been awarded Investors in People Gold.
Investors in People assesses an organisation’s workplace culture, including employee wellbeing, leadership and staff development. It is a highly regarded, internationally recognised accreditation.
Mr Sterry said:
“I am proud to announce that we have surpassed our achievement of three years ago and been awarded Investors in People Gold.
“When I became headteacher one of my goals was to make Ridgeway the best school in the area for staff to work at.
“Our ability to attract and retain high-quality staff is one of the reasons why we are now such a successful school.”
